VMA heightens ESP (extrasensory perception) and reduces reaction time. The art develops agility and internal/external force making one combat ready fearlessly.

The Origin

Vedic Martial Arts was given by Agastya Muni. Style has been developed by Ashwini Guruji.

Vedic Martial Arts is to do with internal energy movements and aligning them to the biorhythms of the body to awaken hidden shaktis, which give glow and radiance to the body and reverse ageing. It develops phenomenal strength in the body so that any attack can be easily warded off. The senses remain fully active due to this internal awakening. Mantras, asans and specific exercises are used in this.

Equipment used includes spears, swords, stick, knives and the mace (gada). Some simple-looking things, which the rishis carried, are also very potent tools, but can't be discussed openly.

Vedic Martial Arts training

A Science, Not a Sport

What makes Vedic Martial Arts different?

There is no commercial angle to it. VMA is taught free of cost but it requires commitment and regular practice with dedication. There are various levels to it and depending on your individual ability, a teacher is assigned to you. If there is phenomenal potential in you then Guruji personally takes you through.

There is no age barrier.

It is not just for men, women should also practice as attacks on women are increasing by the hour.

Symptoms of aging like low sexual desire, greying of hair, skin loosing its lustre, emotional reactions and dissatisfaction from life, all this can be effectively tackled through this science.

Building muscles is no extraordinary task and can easily be achieved in the gym. Building character along with muscles, developing the mind along with learning self-defense techniques, being aware of your surroundings at all times, being able to handle an intimidating situation while being calm, having aggression which is controlled and most importantly being humble and having humility and compassion towards all aspects of creation...that is martial arts in its intended form.
