WHO terms mental health as the foundation of well-being and effective functioning of individuals. Mental health promotion involves creating an environment, which promotes healthy living and encourages people to adopt a healthy lifestyle. This is where Dhyan Foundation steps in.

Dhyan Foundation brings to fore the time-tested theories and practices on integrated mind and body development as laid down by vedic scholars like Patanjali, whose works are being looked upon world over as an encyclopedia on human brain and psychology.

INTEGRATED MIND AND BODY DEVELOPMENT

We believe that physical and mental health go hand in hand and are not mutually exclusive.

If a person is unhealthy, he cannot have a healthy mental disposition. Similarly, a person who is mentally disturbed, disease and ill-health are round the corner. Therefore, we strongly advocate and recommend a combination of holistic mind and body development where all aspects of a being are touched from core to the periphery.

Some of the by-products of the course include : improved memory, enhanced problem solving skills, increased focus and concentration power, enhanced performance, self confidence, positive attitude, pleasant disposition, high energy levels, increased productivity, healthy and attractive body, enhanced immunity, heightened sensitivity, among others.

The Foundational Programme - Self Healing through Sanatan Kriya

The aim of this program is bring about a state of balance at all levels of individual existence - physical, emotional, financial and mental. When you are at peace and harmony within, who or what can disturb you from outside? What is more, when you are brimming with health and balance, you have a tendency of radiating the same to your environment and those around you...

COURSE STRUCTURE

  1. Breath and Balance : Breath is an indicator of our state of health. Participants will be equipped with certain tools to monitor their breath to assess the state of health and trained in exercises to alter to bring about desired changes.
  2. Unclogging the joints for free flow of energy : Participants will be taken through techniques to decongest the joints, effect of which is ensure free movement of energy throughout the body and elimination of any spent / rotten prana.
  3. Balancing the Energy Centers : Participants will be made to experience first hand their pranic layer, what is often termed as the aura, and the various energy centers therein and also taught how to balance the various centers.
  4. Balancing the Five Elements : Our body is the five elements and these five elements can be controlled by our fingertips, literally! Participants will be introduced to the five major pranas in the body and how to balance them using the science of elements.
  5. Expanding the Consciousness : Consciousness is the ability to manifest things in Creation. Participants will be introduced to a practice to expand the consciousness and affect changes in body and environment through a heightened state of consciousness.

COURSE DURATION AND PARTICIPATION DETAILS

The above will be imparted through 2 hour sessions spread over 4 weeks in batches of not more than 20 participants. The participants will be provided with a DIY CD and book to practice on their own in between the sessions and correspond via email or our helpline number for individual doubts and experiences.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

At the successful completion of the module, participants will be awarded a certificate of participation. From hereon, we offer specialized programs catering to individual or groups specific requirements, to address the prevailing issues using tools that affect from core to periphery.
