Healing with Colours

By Daphne Menezes

“Creation is a palette of precise combinations... each particular colour being visible only for a limited time span as per the needs of the Creation,” says Ashwini Guruji of Dhyan Ashram. Prana is the force that pervades the universe. There is nothing in this Creation that is devoid of prana. It is prana that combines with the five elements earth, water, fire, air and ether to give rise to all that has been, all that is, and all that will ever manifest in the physical dimension. What we call matter is but these five elements vibrating at specific pranic frequencies.

Prana expresses itself in innumerable dimensions. In one dimension it is perceived as sound; in another, as colour. These colours are not merely aesthetic variations; they are precise energetic codes. Each shade carries a specific vibration and therefore a specific effect on the physical, emotional and etheric bodies. Some colours soothe, some agitate, some heal, some empower and some depress. A clairvoyant is one who perceives these pranic colour patterns around the physical form.

Colour is far more than a reflection of light. It is the language through which the subtle body communicates with the gross. The physical eye sees through light; the yogic eye sees through frequency. When one steps into Yog, not as a physical routine but as the soul-science expounded in the Sutras, the veil between the visible and the invisible begins to thin. What then becomes perceptible is the aura—the field of pranic colours governed by the seven major chakras.

Each chakra regulates specific frequencies. The clairvoyant does not merely see “a colour”; he/she perceives its shade, density, luminosity, proportion and its interaction with surrounding hues. A healthy organ radiates a particular vibrancy; imbalance appears as dullness, muddiness or distortion in the natural shade. Dark reds, browns and greys denote grosser vibrations, while lighter pinks, greens, blues and violets reflect subtler states. Disease first manifests as a disturbance in these colour frequencies long before it appears in the physical body.

One may conceal the physical form with clothing, cosmetics or words. One may even disguise intention. But the aura reveals what the personality attempts to hide. The pranic field cannot lie. However, the ability to see does not automatically imply the ability to interpret. Clairvoyance without guidance can mislead. A true Guru is required to decode what is perceived and to direct the practitioner towards correction.

Through disciplined practice of Yog and Sanatan Kriya, the faculty of clairvoyance can be awakened. This ancient science surpasses modern diagnostic tools, for machines register pathology only after it has sufficiently crystallized in matter. The yogic eye perceives imbalance at its inception at the level of frequency allowing for timely correction.

In Sanatan Kriya, the first colour a sadhak often encounters is the lightest shade of pink—the frequency of pure, selfless love. This is the vibration of anahad, the heart chakra. It is distinct from the brownish hue of possession and lust. Pink is rare in nature, appearing fleetingly at dawn and dusk, yet even brief exposure to this frequency brings magnetism and inner radiance.

Green, by contrast, is abundant. Its ubiquity reflects the constant need for purification on Earth. From leaves to healing herbs, green serves as the primary cleanser of the system. Different shades correspond to different levels of detoxification, with subtler hues often carrying greater potency.

As the consciousness evolves, spiritual hues begin to manifest. Golden light signifies Guru Shakti the guiding force that bridges dimensions. Blue represents the infinite, the vastness of the ether. To perceive these colours, is not imagination; it is alignment with higher frequencies of Creation. Clairvoyance is the science of perceiving the precise colours of prana that compose and govern existence.

Clairvoyance Proved in Front of a Live Audience of Doctors

In 2011, Ashwini Guruji of Dhyan Ashram was invited by the prestigious Indian Medical Association (IMA) Mumbai to demonstrate clairvoyance and the power of yoga. The doctors gave clairvoyants of Dhyan Foundation randomly selected images of some sick and some healthy people. The clairvoyants in a matter of 10 minutes were able to not just identify the sick but also pinpoint the exact diseased area. All the doctors of IMA were spellbound by this live demonstration. They said, “We have today changed for the positive, our opinion on Yoga and a Yogi.” The entire event was recorded and is available for viewing on YouTube.
