Journey of the Spirit...

Sanatan Kriya Workshop

Based on the eight limbs of Ashtang Yog, Sanatan Kriya has the effect of inducing a state of balance in all realms of existence - physical, emotional, financial and spiritual, taking the body away from vikriti (disease) and towards prakriti (nature).

Like everything else in creation, our body too is run on the principle of balance and imbalance. When you are in a state of balance, you exude health, beauty, glow and radiance. However, whenever there is imbalance, disease and ageing set in.

Today we are prone to imbalances owing to:
  • Hectic lifestyles - professional and personal
  • Round-the-clock commitments
  • Improper diet
  • Exposure to high levels of toxins in the environment, food, cosmetics, drugs etc. we use, consume and breathe in
  • Improper or lack of fitness

What makes Sanatan Kriya different?
Just like in an organization the labour union is under the control of the manager who is under the control of the CEO, in our body too there exists a hierarchy where outer layers control and affect a change in the physical layer, or the body that we see. Sanatan Kriya touches upon all layers of a being, enabling one to affect a desired change and balance from core to periphery.

Most yoga courses in the market focus on asans and breathing techniques which are only 1/4th of Ashtang Yog, as given by Sage Patanjali. Sanatan Kriya encompasses all the eight limbs in totality making for complete well-being.
What also makes Sanatan Kriya truly genuine and effective is the fact that it is completely sanitized of commerce. In fact, this is what renders all the "yoga courses" that are sold in the market ineffective. Yoga is a sadhna, not a business.
