Unfortunately, the tools a modern man/woman utilises to achieve the above are downright unhealthy and the results are temporary, not to mention the adverse effects, some of which are irreversible.
Bone, back and joint injuries and tears, botched-up laser treatments, sagging skin, and burnt and dark skin are just some of the adverse effects that one finds themselves faced with.
The good news is that our rishis have given us tools to get the body that we desire through certain yogic kriyas leading to phenomenal results. The best part, it does so while bringing about a balance in your body, making it glow with health and vitality.
Workshop Structure
Significance of a strong back and breath as a precursor to the program
Specific chants and kriyas to draw the vital prana which translates as glow in energy body and force and strength in the physical body
A special set of 12 asanas along with breathing techniques to focus on each and every part of your body to help sculpt it into any shape
Based upon Ayurvedic principles, dietary changes will also be given wherever necessary Question-answer and doubt session addressing individual-specific concerns

Before starting the asanas, the following needs to be kept in mind:
