The greatest of the Devas, Mahadeva, Lord Shiva is the Adi Guru of the Tantric Sciences. His consort MataShakti is the complete energy which governs the creation in totality. The Sri Yantra, the most powerful of all yantras was created by Lord Shiva.
Lord Shiva created 64 Yantras and 64 mantras of various deities to attain various objectives and siddhis. For His consort Devi, He created the Sri Yantra which is the equivalent of all the other 64 Yantras and Mantras put together! That is why the Sri Yantra is called Yantra Raja. The Devi resides at the central bindu of Sri Yantra. There are a total of 108 Devis in the 9 avaranas of Sri Yantra. Ganesha, Soorya, Vishnu and Shiva reside at the four corners of the Sri Yantra. All the eight Lakshmi, Saraswati, the Nityas, the Yoginis and in fact every Devi controlling each and every aspect of our life and the world reside in the Sri Yantra.
Devi Mahalakshmi Matrika is worshipped for wealth, Devi Maheswari Matrika is worshipped for business & job and Devi Kaumari Matrika is worshipped for children. The Puja of Sri Yantra holds in itself an amazing force. The awakening of this Yantra is advisable only for the initiate practitioners of Tantric Sciences.
