Sutra 5
Vrittayah panchtayah klishtaklishta
Translation: Vrittis are of five kinds and each of these maybe klishta (taking you away from the path of yog) or aklishta (aiding the journey of yog)
Creation began from sound which emerged from stillness and one can access the highest points of Creation only through stillness, no amounts of words or readings or acts can get this ultimate stage. So focus on silence in between the sounds, the doorways will open for you.
