The Tapobhoomi Dhyan Foundation Ashram, near Rajgarh, Himachal Pradesh, is spread out on 15 acres of fruit orchards and sub-Himalayan flora, bordering a forestland, with a freshwater spring running through the land. The orchards and other produce grown are cultivated completely organically, and the purity and sanctity of the precincts are preserved.

Tapobhoomi draws seekers of both inner and outer peace to its ashram, which includes homemade vegetarian cooking along with its Sanatan Kriya sessions. This is the place to come if you’re seeking stunning mountainous views, fresh alpine air and pure spring water to accompany your spiritual and physical renewal.

Some areas of the ashram are earmarked for Yogiji and his students to pursue their practices. Other areas, with simple and comfortable cottages built on them, are open to people who would like to benefit from the pure and serene atmosphere, and gain from the proximity of the spiritual presence of Yogi Ashwini at the ashram.

Goa
Renowned for its beaches, Goa also has rich flora and fauna, owing to its location on the Western Ghats range (which has been classified as a biodiversity hotspot). Serene and picturesque the Dhyan Foundation Ashram - located about 2 km from Anjana beach and 2 km from Calangute beach in Goa-is a perfect spot to relax, rejuvenate and detox. This Self Catering Villa is more of a personal growth center than simply a yoga hideaway, besides rooms for guests, regular yoga and meditation sessions are also held. Yogic techniques taught include, anti-aging workshops, Santan Kriya, stress management, anger management, Kundalini awakening, strengthening the spine, back and stomach, making your body glow and detoxification techniques. All sessions are conducted under the guidance of a living master.

This is a converted Portuguese villa with four bedrooms, a drawing dining and sprawling green lawns with coconut groves. The villa is located in a top market area with the advantage of privacy and independence. If you prefer to practice at your own pace, you can also plan a yoga holiday that eliminates the structure of a formal retreat and group involvement.
