 |
Kolkata Workshop: Four workshops were held in Kolkata at the following venues: Solace at 4 Sunny Park; Salt Lake Community Centre DL Block; Calcutta Cricket and Football Club, Gurusadaya Datta Road - 25 and OCIO Alipore- 20
Yogi ji's sessions on Sanatan Kriya were attended by people from all walks of life and all age groups. HE shared with them the science of true Yog. He informed the attendees that For him Yog is what was followed by great souls like Maharishi Rmana, Shri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Guru Nanak Dev ji. He layed a great emphasis on following Yog and doing the practices in their totality only for the purpose of Yog and not for curing diseases or physical ailment as the pure science of Yog was designed by our ancients for self evolution and not for curing ailments. Yogi Ashwini also layed a great emphasis on the fact that yog has to preached and practiced in a non commercial environment else the science looses its effectiveness. He also demonstrated the art of the "Gada" (The Mace) in the form of a powerful Yogic tool. This is a part of the journey that Yogi Ashwini has embarked on to revive the ancient sciences. He introduced the attendees to the world of the energy, the etheric through some practices. In his words "Yog is a an experiential subject and has to be practiced to understand its power.. It cannot be taught through books, television or lectures...". Numerous people cutting across age, sex and financial backgrounds experienced the world of energy first hand.
People attending his sessions found his views as an eye opener on the subject of Yog. They felt that it is the first time the power of Yog has been revealed in its purest form to them and urged him to carry his missions of spreading this message of True yog far and wide so that masses are saved from individuals who in the name of Yog are playing with the emotions and finances of innocent lives.
Shortly, classes will be starting at South Kolkata and Salt lake city.
